HAPPY B DAY MATTY! -Updated-
BOO!
Ever since she was little, Zoey loves to watch TV with us. Sometimes shes more interested than we are. So yesterday she was watching E! with me (because matt wont) and they were talking about Michael Jackson. They put a big close up of him on the screen and Zoey jumped so high! It freaked her out! After she jumped she kept looking at me, then at the tv, then back at me. I was laughing so hard. Seriously MJ... Your THAT scary looking.
And its not like she's never watched scary movies before...
I know this is dumb... I post about my dogs like people post about their kids... But they're our kids for now :) I found a video we took of Zo when she was itty bitty, its cute.

Cheesecake Stuffed Strawberries!
Last night I tried out a new recipe at a jewelry party. It seemed to be a big hit, and some people asked for the recipe So i said i'd post it.
Ingredients
24 large strawberries, hulls removed
12 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
1 teaspoon vanilla
4-5 tablespoons powdered sugar
Ideas for toppings-mini chocolate chips, graham cracker crumbs, toasted coconut, melted chocolate, chopped almonds
Directions
1.Place cream cheese in a bowl, and microwave for 30 seconds, so that it's soft.
2.Whip together the cream cheese, vanilla, and sugar.
3.Scoop out the center of the strawberries. I used a melon scoop. It was really fast and easy 4.Spoon or pipe the filling into each hole.
5.Dip cheesecake end of strawberry into the topping of your choice, making sure you completely cover the cheesecake filling.
6.Lay strawberries in a pretty serving dish.
7.Chill, and serve.
8.Makes 24 servings.
You can also...
-Add cocoa to the filling to make it chocolate filling :)
-drizzle chocolate over strawberries before serving
Super yummy. Try them sometime :)

1 down, Forever to go :)
Unbelievable. I woke up this morning and thought, 'there is no way it has already been a year.' And I can't think of just one word to describe it. Maybe 'Crazy'. But a good Crazy :) I was thinking back to all the things that have happened with us in the past year and now I cant believe its ONLY been a year. We were able to experience so many things and make so many memories.
Matt proposed to me Christmas Eve in 2007, Standin on a corner in Winslow Az. (He knows its one of my favorite places). It was the cutest thing ever. Matt still gives me a hard time because after I said "yes" I grabbed his hand and said "Now stand up!" I felt like he was kneeling down forever. And people were staring.
We were married on March 8, 2008 at the Mesa Temple. Most of it is a blurr to me now. But I remember the important stuff. We were so lucky to have our families and friends there with us. I'm pretty sure the only thing Matt was disappointed about was not having his dog Blue in the wedding party. He tried...
I feel like our lives have been non-stop excitment since then.

"As Seen on TV!"
Randomly we got a 'Home Trend' Magazine in the mail. Its basically a magazine full of wierd, and sometimes useless things, alot of them are on commercials all the time. People come up with the craziest things. I have to share some of my favorite. And if you happen to have any of them.. well... let me know how its workin out for ya.
"Stop Struggling with Socks!"
Ummmm ....I guess I should consider myself lucky. I have no problems getting my socks on by myself.
Ladies... throw those blow dryers away!
Let your portable dryer dry your hair for you while you watch tv, do the dishes, makeup...

10 yrs...And nothings changed
I, Todd Erb, predict that in 10 yrs Matt Wright will still be searching for the "perfect woman", he will think his fashions are the coolest, and rip on my pimp tennis shoes. He will be excommunixcated for getting a tattoo that says "I pimp your mom" and lying about doing backflips on his snowboard.
I, Leah Ohlin, predict that in then years Todd Erb will still be the cheapest guy I've ever met, even though he'll be rich. His wife will be embarrassed to be seen with him in the tennis shoes he's had for 15 years.
I, Sterling Wright, predict that in ten years, Todd Erb will have a fine woman who wants him, but he will be a pee face and not call her and call me instead. I'm still going to have to dress him and tell him to slow down when he walks. He will own the school like his father before him, and all the teachers will kiss up to his kids.
